Eating healthy and being active doesn’t have to be a chore. We aren’t certain yet what role diet and exercise play in prostate cancer, but we do know they play a role in many other cancers. Learn more  about the simple ways you can incorporate veggies and fruit and a bit of exercise into your everyday life and you’ll reap the benefits!
